World Cup 2018 Presentation

  • 12 new World Champions titles :
    6 individuals and 6 per nation teams

  • 6 Categories :
    Open, Veterans , Ladies, Under 19, Under 15, Under 12

Registration

  • General rules for participation & registration are given on the FISTF World Cup web site

  • The 2018 World Cup will be played with the following maximum number of participants:

    • Individuals :
      Open: 64
      Veteran: 64
      Ladies: 32
      U19: 32
      U15: 32
      U12: 32

    • Teams :
      Open: 16
      Veteran: 12
      Ladies: 5
      U19: 5
      U15: 5
      U12: 5

  • Final date to register individuals and teams: July 15th, 2018 at sports@fistf.com

  • Final date to either fill table with reserves or replace individual players July 22th, 2018. 

Rules

  • Competition will be played on ASTROTURF PRO COMPETITION

Competition management

  • As for 2012, 2014, 2015 & 2017 the competition will be managed through the GMFT software
     
  • Players with an internet connection will be able to follow the competition results in real time !
  • During the competition, as the scores are registered in GMFT, the results and group's ranking are automatically published on the web site of the competition !
  • Moreover, competition planning is also available and players can retrieve their personnal timeline (playing & refereeing) with a search of their name in the planning table !

Draw

  • The Individual draw will be done on Thursday in the presence of the president of the FISTF, Stephen Dettre.
